Wedding bands.

We went and picked out my wedding band last night. AMAZING. I love my ring and the band really compliments it.

Ben is still deciding on what band he wants :)

Invitations.

We sent our invitations out at the beginning of this week. That was a crazy feeling. Definitely makes it that much more official. So exciting!

A very talented and creative friend designed my invitations for me and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. They turned out perfect!

Oops, I've been a bad blogger lately. Sorry.

Wedding planning has indeed consumed my life but I am certainly not complaining. I've loved every minute- even the stressful minutes. We're currently 43 days out from the big day and I couldn't be more excited about marrying the absolute love of my life! It's all so invigorating and exciting!

My bridal shower was a week and a half ago and oh my goodness, it could not have been more perfect. I am so overwhelmed by all of the love showered on us from our dear family and friends. It has left me speechless. This has been one of the most amazing seasons of my life and I can't even begin to put into words how blessed I feel.

Absolutely amazing decor! HUGE props to my bridesmaids for putting everything together so elegantly. Everything was so my taste and style and they know me all too well :)

The cake table. The cake was a HIT! The lady who did this cake is also doing our wedding cake- she does amazing work!

All in all it was an absolutely splendid day spent with some of the dearest people to my heart. Ben and I are truly blessed beyond measure!

I love being a bride, by the way. It has been one of the most incredible experiences of my life.

I can't wait to be Mrs. Amber Rhodes. I truly feel like the luckiest girl in the world. God has given me the most wonderful man to share my life with and every aspect of our wedding planning has been so seamless and has just fallen into place. I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that God made us for each other and His provision has been a testimony to that truth!
