Goodbye.

It's sad when a blog you have followed for nearly a year suddenly falls off into the abyss of cyberspace. Everything that person had recorded just suddenly vanishes. In this situation it's really sad because she was a magnificient writer and had so much to offer through her pure, honest and genuine words. I will most definitely miss reading her posts.

It's kind of weird.

It's as though a death occurred in the blog world.

Unfortunately, she was really good at keeping her identity hidden so there is no other way of contacting her. So, farewell (you know who you are). We'll certainly miss your stories, wit, humor, eloquoent writing and sweet comments! I wish you all the best at whatever you endeavor and will be on the lookout for that book of yours ;)

Blogging is kind of silly if you think about it, yet very therapeutic and uplifting. I never imagined to encounter so many amazing people through this hobby. I guess it kind of took me by surprise. I do admire each and every one of my readers/fellow bloggers for their honesty and inspiration. I don't like losing contact but I suppose that is just the way life is. Though I may never meet any of you in person, know that you are all very special and dear to me.

Much love.

I second your goodbye. I am assuming we are saying farewell to the same person and I hope this message gets to them.

You will be missed super lady!!

I agree. The concept of blogging, where you share a lot of your deepest thoughts with total strangers and barely know any of them, is strange. Yet---therapeutic. lol

I know what you mean. I am sad that she's gone.

She had an email address listed, that you can contact her at. (assuming it is the person who I think you are referring to) If you didn't note her email address, it was the title of her blog at gmail.com. Let me know if you need more info.

I miss her too, I hope she decides to come back but it seems like she'd been wavering about the whole blog thing for awhile now.

That's crazy! I've never had that happen before but I'd be really sad if / when it does...

I cannot believe how many amazing woman I have "met" on here and gotten to know. It's like having a huge circle of friends..haha. And I am very thankful that I have stumbled across your blog! :) You're just the greatest!

It really would be sad if I lost any of my fellow bloggers. I think of you guys as part of my life even though I've never met any of you. Friends come in the most interesting places =)

I know who you are talking about, kinda disappointing huh? It kinda hurts my feelings to be honest.

As I've tried to explain to those who've written to me, sometimes the things we think are our greatest outlets for self expression, become our biggest source of self destruction.

The blog wasn't healthy. I saw that and mulled over deleting it for some time.

My passion is writing - I want to preserve that passion. Ophelia's Revival began as a blog about trying to have a baby and then exploded into a microscope view into my life - which I sometimes believe was grossly misinterpreted.

The blog is gone, but I am not.

You can reach me by e-mail (opheliasrevival@gmail.com) and I will still follow your progress on your blogs. I still value you ladies and your friendships dearly.

Thank you so much for being a part of my life.

I also agree.. It is very sad. I have been thinking about deleting my myspace and using FB and twitter, but there are people that I only have on myspace.. decisions, decisions...

I agree about being/feeling so close to all my blogger sisters (and brothers) It is fun to have a more extended group of special friends!!! You are very special to me!
