Help!!!

I have a severe, terrible, painful, makes me want to bang my head up against a wall toothache! I'm still at work and I can't leave until 5:00 and it's taking everything inside of me not to burst into tears from this throbbing pain. I've known that this tooth has had something wrong with it for some time- it had to have a filling a few years ago but I am sure that the problem is the root. My whole entire head, jaw and right ear is hurting from it. I'm even starting to swell :( I know I probably need a root canal. I just despise going to the dentist more than anything in the world- I'd rather go to a gynecologist (although I've never even experienced that). Toothaches are just awful.

Jesus, help me.

I have dentist appt but not until next wednesday...I don't know if I can make it that long.
